Contact us to discuss the particulars of your design project. We will collaborate with you to create a custom sample to satisfy your design and color palette objectives. Generally, we will email you a pdf file with digital samples (this is a one-time free service that we offer) and once you approve a design, we will sample it for you.
1/4 sheet samples are $10 + shipping
Full sheet samples are $25 + shipping
2) What is your lead time for samples and production orders?
Sampling takes a week to 10 days, plus transit time to you. Orders take 2-4 weeks plus transit time to you.
3) What shipping method do you use?
Generally, we use UPS Ground for samples and orders. For large orders, we will make special arrangements to get you your order in the most economical and timely way. If you need your sample or order quickly, you can request next day or 2 and 3-day air. Customers are required to pay for all shipping costs.
4) I don’t see prices on the website, how do I find out what the cost is for the tile?
All pricing is based by the square foot. Pricing is uniquely determined by which particular tiles are chosen and whether they are being sold as solids, blends, patterns or gradients. Please contact us and we can give you price ranges based on what type of tiles you are considering. Once you chose a specific tile blend, we can quote you a firm price.
5) I see something I like on the website, how do I place an order?
We are not set up for e-commerce yet, but it is coming! In the meantime, please call or email us to discuss the particulars of your order and we will be happy to put your order in work.
6) What are your payment terms?
All orders are considered custom, and must be prepaid. Custom orders are non-returnable. Once we receive your payment, your order will go into work.
7) My project is in the Bay Area, do you offer design consultations and materials presentations?
For local projects, we are available for in-person meetings. Please contact us to discuss.
8) Mounting and installation guidelines?
Contact us for our Installation Guidelines. Our glass tiles are hand blended and faced with clear sheets of tape, or mesh backed. Apply thinset with a notched trowel. With the plastic sheeting facing out, line up the base and press the tile into the thin set. Drying times vary. Perforation of the plastic sheet helps drying. Then, safely peel the sheet off. Follow up with grouting once the thinset is dry. (This information is offered as a guideline.)
9) Technical properties?
Glass tiles are frost proof, resistant to fading and discoloration and chemical damage, and are water and stain-proof. These properties make them suitable for interior and exterior use, including backsplashes, showers, swimming pools, spas and other outdoor applications.
